Sparky’s Big Day Out

The weather has been so nice, and poor Sparky is so bored that we decided to take a risk and let him out for some grazing and exercise. We strung electric tape to prevent him from getting to any muddy areas, and created a corridor to a small section of grass. When we opened the gate, it was like being at the Wild West Show!! Sparky kicked and bucked and galloped, and gave me a few good bumps for good measure. Then he raced down to the grazing, and started to noisily gobble all the grass. It was like watching kids at an ice cream party. Within moments Maddy took up her old place, along side her good buddy Sparky. It was absolutely lovely to see!
