That Wascally Wabbit
February 27, 2011
One of the baby bunnies we recently received has no tail – hence her name, B.B., which stands for Bare Butt. She also has slightly odd shaped legs, but it certainly doesn’t stop her from getting around. She escaped from their large hutch, and it took us all day to catch her. The next morning she was out again!! We honestly can’t figure out how she did it. This time it took us 2 whole days to catch her. We’re thinking we should rename her “Houdini”. We caught B.B. earlier today, and she has been happily reunited with her mother Brindy and her siblings Braveheart and Honey Puff. In this photo, B.B. is blissfully resting up on our volunteer Malin’s lap. Obviously, two days in the great outdoors is exhausting for a little bunny! (PS. All 4 rabbits are still looking for loving homes, and will be desexed before placement.)
